1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RinSetu platform ("Platform") operated by Archway Commercial Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Borrower", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are advised not to access or use the Platform or avail any services offered through it.
These Terms are published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines applicable to Lending Service Providers (LSPs).
2. About RinSetu and Our Role
RinSetu is a brand name operated by Archway Commercial Solutions Private Limited, a Lending Service Provider (LSP) registered and operating in India. RinSetu acts solely as an intermediary technology platform that facilitates credit services between regulated lending entities and eligible borrowers.
RinSetu does not directly lend money. All credit facilities availed through this Platform are sanctioned, disbursed, and managed by our partner Regulated Entity (RE):

As an LSP, Archway Commercial Solutions Private Limited (RinSetu) is responsible for:
- Customer sourcing and onboarding
- Digital KYC facilitation
- Loan application processing and document collection
- Credit assessment support
- Coordination of loan disbursement
- Repayment collection services
- Customer support and grievance escalation
All credit decisions, interest rate determinations, and final loan approvals rest solely with Blue Jay Finlease Private Limited (ZipLoan).
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for credit through the RinSetu Platform, you must:
- Be a citizen of India
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
- Hold a valid PAN Card and Aadhaar Card
- Own or operate a legitimate and active business enterprise in India
- Maintain a valid and active bank account in India
- Not be declared a wilful defaulter or listed as a defaulter with any credit bureau (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax)
- Not be subject to any insolvency proceedings or court orders prohibiting financial transactions
The Company and/or its partner NBFC reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject any application that does not meet the above criteria without being obligated to provide reasons for such rejection.
4. Loan Products
The following indicative loan products are offered through the Platform by Blue Jay Finlease Private Limited (ZipLoan). All products are subject to the lending partner's credit policy and RBI guidelines. Terms may be revised from time to time without prior notice.
4.1 Nano MSME Loan
- Loan Amount: Up to ₹2,00,000
- Tenure: 6 to 24 months
- Interest Rate: 18% – 36% per annum (reducing balance method)
- Processing Fee: Up to 2% of the sanctioned loan amount
4.2 GST-Based Credit
- Loan Amount: Up to ₹5,00,000
- Tenure: 3 to 12 months
- Interest Rate: 15% – 24% per annum (reducing balance method)
- Processing Fee: Up to 1.5% of the sanctioned loan amount
4.3 Sachet Loan
- Loan Amount: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000
- Tenure: 7 to 30 days
- Interest Rate: Flat rate as per applicable slab
- Processing Fee: Up to 3% of the sanctioned loan amount
4.4 Intra-Day Credit
- Loan Amount: Up to ₹10,000
- Tenure: Same-day repayment
- Interest Rate: Zero interest (a nominal platform fee may apply)
All interest rates, fees, and charges are disclosed upfront at the time of loan offer and are reflected in the loan agreement signed by the borrower.
5. Loan Application Process
The loan application process on the RinSetu Platform is as follows:
- Download the RinSetu application or visit the Platform
- Complete your KYC verification using Aadhaar-based OTP authentication
- Provide your business details, bank account information, and other required information
- Upload supporting documents as requested
- Receive a loan offer based on the credit assessment conducted by Blue Jay Finlease Private Limited (ZipLoan)
- Review and accept the loan offer; complete the e-Sign process on the loan agreement
- Receive the sanctioned loan amount directly in your registered bank account
The Company reserves the right to request additional documents or information at any stage of the application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval of a loan.
6. Interest Rates, Fees, and Charges
6.1 Annual Percentage Rate (APR) Disclosure
In accordance with RBI guidelines, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for each loan product is disclosed upfront in the loan agreement. The APR includes:
- The applicable base interest rate
- Processing fee (amortized over the loan tenure)
- Any other applicable charges
6.2 Schedule of Charges

All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The complete charge schedule is also available in the loan agreement provided at the time of disbursal.
7. Repayment Terms
- The EMI due dates and repayment schedule are clearly communicated to the borrower at the time of loan disbursement.
- The primary repayment mode is UPI Autopay (e-NACH), set up at the time of loan acceptance.
- Manual repayments are also accepted via UPI, NEFT, and IMPS to the designated repayment account.
- Part-prepayment of the loan is permitted at any time without any additional charges.
- Full foreclosure is permitted after completion of 3 months from the date of disbursal, subject to a foreclosure fee of 2% on the outstanding principal.
- The borrower is solely responsible for ensuring timely repayments. Failure to maintain sufficient balance for auto-debit will not absolve the borrower of the repayment obligation.
8. Data Privacy and Security
The Company is committed to protecting your personal and financial data. The following principles govern our data practices:
- We collect only such data as is necessary for the purposes of loan processing, KYC verification, credit assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- All data is stored on secure, India-based servers in compliance with applicable data localisation requirements.
- Data shared with third parties is limited strictly to:
- Credit bureau reporting (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax)
- Our partner NBFC, Blue Jay Finlease Private Limited (ZipLoan), for credit assessment and loan management
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

9. Rights and Obligations of the Borrower
9.1 Borrower Rights
As a borrower on the RinSetu Platform, you have the right to:
- Receive a clear, complete, and transparent statement of the loan terms—including interest rate, APR, fees, and repayment schedule—before signing the loan agreement
- Access your loan statement, repayment schedule, and account details at any time through the Platform
- Prepay your loan (in part or in full) without incurring hidden or undisclosed charges
- Lodge a formal complaint through the grievance redressal mechanism described in these Terms
- Receive a No Objection Certificate (NOC) / No Dues Certificate upon successful closure of your loan, free of charge
9.2 Borrower Obligations
As a borrower, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times during the application and loan tenure
- Promptly update the Company if there is any change in your contact details, business address, or bank account information
- Make all repayments on their due dates and ensure sufficient balance in the designated account for auto-debit
- Inform the Company of any material change in your business operations, ownership, or financial condition
- Cooperate fully with any verification, audit, or recovery process initiated by the Company or its lending partner
- Not use the loan amount for any purpose other than the stated business purpose
10. Default and Recovery
10.1 Definition of Default
A borrower shall be deemed to have defaulted if:
- Three (3) or more consecutive EMIs are missed, or
- The loan remains unpaid for a continuous period of 90 days or more from the due date
10.2 Recovery Process
In the event of a default, the following recovery steps may be initiated:
- Automated payment reminders via SMS, email, and in-app notifications
- Telephonic follow-up by the Company's customer support team
- Field visit by an authorised recovery representative
- Issuance of a formal legal notice
- Filing of a civil suit for recovery of dues
- Reporting of the default to all credit bureaus, which may adversely affect your credit score
10.3 Fair Practices Code
The Company and its lending partner, Blue Jay Finlease Private Limited (ZipLoan), strictly adhere to the RBI's Fair Practices Code for NBFCs. Accordingly:
- No coercive, abusive, or harassing recovery methods will be employed
- The dignity and privacy of the borrower will be respected at all times
- Recovery calls will only be made between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- No contact will be made with the borrower's family members, friends, or colleagues for the purpose of recovery, except where they have been designated as references or guarantors
- Threats or intimidation of any form are strictly prohibited
11. Grievance Redressal
We are committed to addressing all grievances in a timely and transparent manner. Borrowers may escalate their concerns through the following levels:

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be held liable for:
- Any business loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from denial of a loan application
- Technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions beyond the Company's reasonable control
- Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, payment gateways, or telecom networks
- Any loss arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or acts of war
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
13. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Using the loan amount for purposes other than the stated business use
- Any activity that violates applicable Indian law, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
The Company reserves the right to report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
14. Termination and Suspension
The Company reserves the right to:
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation
- Discontinue any loan product or service with a notice period of 30 days, wherever reasonably practicable
- Modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time
In the event of termination, all outstanding loan obligations to Blue Jay Finlease Private Limited (ZipLoan) shall remain in full force and must be repaid as per the terms of the loan agreement.
15. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via:
- A notice on the Platform or the RinSetu app, and/or
- An email to your registered email address
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
